No one knows for sure what Pat Brazier is, or where it came from, though unverified sightings date back several centuries. Many theories exist, such as: Pat is a deranged mutant that escaped a top secret government laboratory; Pat is an eldritch horror that feasts on the minds of obnoxious tourists, and; Pat is a supernatural entity made up of the lost souls of fried lizards.

The important thing to note about Pat is that it is mostly harmless. It has been confirmed to have only eaten a handful of people and Pat assures us they all deserved it. On the rare occasions Pat ventures from its lair to interact with the public, it has been known to wear a human skin. Pat refuses to tell anyone where it acquired the skin.

 When Pat is pretending to be human it writes books, falls downs stairs and gets paint on far too many things that weren’t supposed to be painted. In order to better blend into society Pat has a day job involving scrubs, stethoscopes and scalpels, and mostly consists of Pat trying not to kill people.
